Welcome to a weekend where the focus is on the here and now and yoga in all its versatility.
You will stay in a beautiful surrounding, forest, wide views, quietness. A private house where you can feel at home right away. Two teachers who will help you to deepen your yoga practice on a physical and spiritual level. Pranayama, asanas, yoga philosophy, meditation and more. A part of the weekend will be in mauna.. (silence). There are more than enough hikes in the forest. All meals are vegan, yoga experience is not required and all asanas are adapted to every participant.
